Kitchen Assistant

Location : Kesari, Ambala, Haryana

Industry : Food Processing Plant

Position : Kitchen Assistant (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the production and kitchen team in daily food preparation activities.
• Wash, clean, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other raw materials.
• Support in basic cooking tasks such as chopping, mixing, boiling, blending, and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and production areas.
• Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, tables, and workstations as per SOPs.
• Label, store, and organize food items following FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Assist in loading / unloading raw materials and organizing stock in the storage area.
• Follow food safety standards, personal hygiene protocols, and plant guidelines at all times.
• Ensure smooth workflow by completing assigned tasks efficiently and supporting team members during peak hours.
• Report any equipment malfunction or hygiene issue to supervisors immediately.
