Position : Kitchen Assistant (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the production and kitchen team in daily food preparation activities.
- Wash, clean, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other raw materials.
- Support in basic cooking tasks such as chopping, mixing, boiling, blending, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and production areas.
- Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, tables, and workstations as per SOPs.
- Label, store, and organize food items following FIFO (First In, First Out).
- Assist in loading / unloading raw materials and organizing stock in the storage area.
- Follow food safety standards, personal hygiene protocols, and plant guidelines at all times.
- Ensure smooth workflow by completing assigned tasks efficiently and supporting team members during peak hours.
- Report any equipment malfunction or hygiene issue to supervisors immediately.
Requirements :
Minimum 10th / 12th pass.Basic knowledge of kitchen or food handling work (training will be provided).Ability to work in a fast-paced food processing environment.Good hygiene habits and discipline.Physically fit for lifting and performing repetitive tasks.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in food processing units, QSR kitchens, hotels, or restaurants (not compulsory).Willing to work in shift timings as per plant requirements.
