What You'll Do :

• Recruit & Onboard : Find and hire brilliant educators and staff for our diverse schools, giving them a warm and engaging welcome.
• Champion Our Culture : Develop initiatives that boost morale, celebrate wins, and make our campus a positive, collaborative space.
• Foster Growth : Manage performance and development programs to help our team learn, grow, and succeed.
• Manage HR Operations : Handle employee relations and compliance to payroll and policies with empathy and efficiency.
