JOB DESCRIPTION : Job Summary :
We are looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with hands-on experience in configuring and deploying Hardware (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules. The role involves working on the development, customization, and integration of asset management workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules based on business requirements.
Develop custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations for asset lifecycle automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy through CMDB integration and discovery tools.
Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Create technical documentation and user training materials.
Requirements :
2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow development with focus on HAM / SAM.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform , scripting (JavaScript), and ITSM processes.
Experience in implementing asset lifecycle workflows and integrations.
Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and software license models.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
