Job description
  • Should have strong CRM knowledge. Experience in SOM could be an added advantage. Experience in SAP CRM WEB UI as well as SAP GUI.
  • Should have strong knowledge in Convergent charging and Mediation Zone. Hands-on mandatory for CC.
  • Familiarity on CRM Middleware and data replications.
  • Should be familiar with S4 / ECC.
  • SAP BRIM / SOM certified
