Trainee Engineer - Mechanical @ Kochi, Kerala

The position and the Company

The position is that of a TRAINEE attached to Operations Department of an Architectural Metal Works (AMW) manufacturing / contracting company based at South Chittoor, Ernakulam District, Kochi.

The training will be for a period of one year, after which the Management may consider the Trainee's absorption in regular service, based on the trainee-level performance and subject to availability of a suitable vacancy at the end of the training period.

An all-inclusive monthly stipend ranging between Rs. 12,000 and Rs. 15,000 will only be paid to the selected candidate, based on the academic credentials and performance at the interview.

Qualifications / Sskillsets / Candidate specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - FRESHERS only
• Ability to read and understand designs and schematics
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Diplomacy and tact to deal with departmental and inter-departmental colleagues
• Possession of a 2-wheeler
• Residence within commuting distance of South Cjhittoor, Ernakulam District
• Immediate availability to join the Training Programme
