Job Description :
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Remote Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing non-voice customer support (chat, email, or ticket-based) to Spanish-speaking clients. You will assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide non-voice support to customers via chat, email, or ticketing systems.
Respond to customer queries accurately and in a timely manner.
Translate and communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
Troubleshoot basic technical or account-related issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Requirements : Fluent in Spanish.
Previous experience in customer support (non-voice preferred) is an advantage.
Own laptop / desktop with high-speed internet connection.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working in a night shift schedule.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
