Talent Advisor (US Hiring)
Type : Contractual (6 Months)
Experience Required : 8-12 Years
Work Timing : 2 PM -11 PM IST
Job Responsibilities :
- Source, screen & schedule interviews for candidates from the US for US IT & Non IT hiring.
- Develop sourcing strategies that are successful in reaching out to the passive and active job seekers in the US Market.
- Extensive experience in using Job Portals for US and should have rich experience with LinkedIn recruiter.
- Coordinate with the US hiring team and hiring managers to assess candidates & competencies and work with the US hiring team in extending job offers to selected candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members and recruitment vendors to help identify and source qualified talents.
Please Note : This is an initial 6-month contract job, which can be extended or converted into a full-time role based on performance.
