About the Role :
We’re looking for a creative and versatile UI / UX & Graphic Designer to design experiences and visuals across two dynamic verticals—IDOD, a lifestyle and connection platform redefining modern social interaction, and VASTU , a brand rooted in real estate, architecture, and wellness-based living.
This role demands a balance of design thinking, visual creativity, and brand alignment , with the ability to shift tone from modern and vibrant (IDOD) to sophisticated and serene (VASTU).
Key Responsibilities :
1. UI / UX Design
- Design user interfaces and experiences for mobile and web platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on user research and product strategy.
- Ensure intuitive navigation, clean layouts, and responsive design.
- Collaborate with developers for seamless design implementation and pixel-perfect UI.
- Maintain consistency through design systems, typography, and component libraries.
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on insights.
2. Graphic Design & Branding
Design visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, app promotions, and product launches.Create branding collaterals—logos, icons, posters, digital ads, and print materials.Adapt brand identity for different tones : bold and youthful for IDOD , calm and premium for VASTU .Work with the marketing team to develop visual storytelling and campaign graphics.Maintain brand guidelines and ensure cohesive visual language across platforms.3. Creative Direction
Translate abstract concepts into visual stories that connect emotionally with target audiences.Bring a fresh perspective to brand positioning, UI aesthetics, and lifestyle representation.Suggest creative improvements and visual experiments for higher user engagement.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.3–6 years of hands-on experience in UI / UX and graphic design.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (preferred).Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual hierarchy, and branding.Proven portfolio showcasing both app UI / UX and brand graphic design.Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.Ability to handle multiple design styles—from bold & trendy to clean & classic.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have :
Experience designing lifestyle, dating, or wellness-based apps.Understanding of 3D design, motion graphics, or video content creation.Familiarity with web design for real estate, architecture, or holistic brands.Interest in Vastu principles, lifestyle aesthetics, and cultural design cues.What We Offer :
