Required Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Fragrance Industry (strictly).
- Excellent olfactive skills (internal smelling test will be conducted).
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong project management & coordination skills.
- Creative mindset for new ideas and customer solutions.
- Good understanding of fragrance consumers, trends & market requirements.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and support team members.
- Strong execution, follow-up & strategic planning ability.
Job Responsibilities
Provide quick and accurate response to customer requirements.Handle India-based customers from inquiry to order execution, including after-sales service.Manage complete sales cycle successfully.Convert business requirements into process requirements.Handle sampling for new product development as per customer brief & follow up for approvals.Coordinate with production team for approved products, forecasting & timely dispatch.Maintain regular communication with customers to secure repeat orders.Prepare daily work schedule and weekly client visit plans to achieve targets.Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations & follow up for order closings.Coordinate with distributors / agents for bulk orders & market pricing.Follow 15-day client visit plan (business tour) + 15-day follow-up for order status, sample approvals & forecast.Address customer complaints and ensure resolution.
