About the Role

We’re seeking a Packaging Sourcing & Development Manager with deep expertise in cosmetic and skincare packaging — from concept to commercialization. This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and sourcing , ensuring every jar, bottle, pump, and carton reflects premium beauty aesthetics , technical precision , and brand luxury . If you’ve worked on beauty, personal care, or luxury skincare brands , managed vendors across India and Asia , and can turn creative packaging concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packaging Development & Innovation

• Lead end-to-end packaging development for skincare, haircare, and beauty categories — primary, secondary, and tertiary.
• Translate design briefs into technical packaging drawings (KLDs) , ensuring brand aesthetic aligns with functionality and manufacturability .
• Develop and validate luxury finishes like frosted glass, metallization, soft-touch lamination, embossing, and airless systems.
• Collaborate with NPD and Marketing to introduce packaging that enhances brand storytelling and consumer experience.
