Job Title : Business Development Executive

Reports to : Business Development Manager

Role Summary :

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a hands-on role in generating leads, building relationships, and supporting our sales team. You'll engage in cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, CRM tracking, and assist in closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Research

  • Identify potential leads through online research, databases, social media, and B2B platforms.
  • Research and profile target companies and decision-makers.

Outreach & Communication

  • Conduct cold calls to introduce the company’s services to potential clients.
  • Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or other channels to nurture interest.
  • Sales Support & Coordination

  • Schedule meetings or discovery calls between prospects and senior team members.
  • Assist in creating sales decks, proposals, case studies, and service overviews.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation with campaigns.
  • CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain and update CRM tools with lead details, communication history, and status.
  • Track outreach efforts, response rates, and other KPIs for weekly reporting.
  • Learning & Industry Understanding

  • Develop a working knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing, etc.).
  • Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to better position our services.
  • Requirements :

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency required).
  • Comfortable with cold calling , email outreach, and speaking to decision-makers.
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email tools, Excel / Google Sheets, and basic CRM usage.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to learn fast.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory) :

  • Prior internship or project experience in B2B sales, client outreach, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
