Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director position located in Kolkata. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the implementation of organizational strategies to achieve the goals and objectives of SNOWCOLD INDIA. The Director will also manage resources, provide leadership to staff, and collaborate with other executives to maintain and improve the company&aposs market position.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the cooling and refrigeration industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
