Job descriptionAssisting in designing surveys and interview guides to gather data on the impact of AI on various sectors. Collecting and analyzing data using basic quantitative and qualitative methods to identify areas where AI can improve equity and address social challenges. Mapping sectoral use cases and preparing evidence-based policy briefs to inform stakeholders. Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring research ethics are upheld throughout the project.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Volunteer to contribute to our ongoing research project. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about advancing awareness, readiness, and ethics in AI.
- Project AWARE aims to advance awareness, readiness, and ethics in AI by conducting a pan-India study on the impact of rapid AI adoption on work and social mobility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and writing skills, with experience in public policy, economics, sociology, or related fields. Familiarity with Google Docs / Sheets is essential, while knowledge of R / Python or STATA is a plus.
