About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Marketing Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance-driven digital marketing. This mid-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and knows how to scale paid media campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibility

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Analyze campaign performance data to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement
• Develop and manage full-funnel ad strategies aligned with business growth targets
• Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging
• A / B test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS and CPA
• Monitor budget pacing and ensure efficient allocation across platforms
• Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and digital marketing trends
