Contracting / Operations Manager for Europe

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Groups Operation & contracting manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for doing group quotation, booking of hotels, restaurants, coaches, handling group operations, and proactively communicating with tour operators and travel agents.

• Doing quotations for the new Group enquiries
• Booking hotels, coaches, meals, entrance tickets, Guides throughout Europe
• Contracting and negotiating best possible ad hoc rates for Hotels / coaches and all other products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with travel agents and tour operators
• Understanding of OTA's and experience of working with European suppliers
• Be results-focused and able to prioritize tasks within a challenging environment
