Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role located at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, coordinating with marketing teams, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. The role also involves actively participating in client meetings and events to showcase the hotel’s offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Communication
Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Strategic Planning
Familiarity with Hospitality or Luxury Hotel Sales operations
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Knowledge of sales tools and CRM platforms is a plus
Experience in the hospitality industry or luxury brand sales preferred
