To show us what you're made of, take initiative. The ability to follow processes and suggest enhancements where possible. The ability to take trivial decisions regarding messaging strategy and copy creation. The ability to actively participate in client facing roles. Basic B2B ads terminology (SQLs, Impressions, CTR, CPC, etc.) Slack Clickup Client research, messaging related research Ad copy creation (Search & Social) Landing page copy creation Email workflow copy creation Copy creation for our internal marketing initiatives Coordinating with ad designers & media buyers Communicating with clients over Slack, sharing updates and resolving queries From time to time you will also need to participate in catchup calls, training sessions, brainstorming sessions, growth-oriented activities, etc. Bachelor’s Degree. 1+ years of experience in the B2B software industry Experience writing Google and ads copy US English Growth mindset : Strive to always get better (We have processes in place that will help you do this in a planned manner with clear milestones). Partnership : This is an organisation that we are building together rather than anyone working for it. Goal-Driven : Some of our personal goals are aligned with Spear Growth's goals. We achieve both together. Ownership : We are true owners of our work. Everyone enables each other to succeed. Fun / Inspiring : We like being around people who inspire us. This includes NOT onboarding toxic clients. We have monthly team dinners! The whole team joins together and we have dinner together, play games and sometimes also tell ghost stories (only one guy does, we just somehow bear him. xD) No corporate BS. Work timings : The entire team works between 11 AM & 6 PM IST. Apart from that, as long as you're meeting deadlines, you can work whenever you'd like. There may be occasional exceptions when clients in the US are involved. There may be a few instances where you are required to work later in the day or over the weekend. We’ve had to work weekends about once every month. You will be asked to set realistic deadlines for your work and deliver it then. You will be trained on marketing strategy and across all the marketing channels to help you collaborate better and work with the entire team.

You will primarily be helping us with writing copy for performance marketing for our clients.
