Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad and is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of clients or end-users. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities :

Software Development : Write, test, and maintain code to build software applications and systems using modern technologies. Projects typically involve React (for web and mobile), Laravel (for backend development), and MySQL / PostgreSQL (for databases).

Design : Collaborate with product managers and designers to create software designs and architectures that meet project goals, user requirements, and scalability needs.

Coding : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following coding standards and best practices. Debug and resolve software defects and issues.

Testing : Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks if required.

Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and code comments to facilitate collaboration and future maintenance.

Version Control : Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track code changes and collaborate effectively with team members.

Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks in software applications, ensuring they run efficiently.

Security : Implement security best practices to protect software applications from vulnerabilities and threats.

Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver high-quality software products.

Continuous Learning : Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in software engineering. Apply this knowledge to improve software development processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages / Libraries such as : PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, ReactNative, JavaScript, etc.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with software development tools, frameworks, and libraries.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, such as code reviews and testing.
