Job descriptionPerform structural and fatigue analysis using ANSYS (static, contact, and modal). Carry out manual gear design calculations as per AGMA / ISO standards (spur, helical, Design and select bearings (slew bearings, roller bearings) and determine load capacity, Support material selection, heat treatment, and surface finish recommendations for Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, and design documentation. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams for design validation Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and value engineering initiatives.
