Key Responsibilities :
- Handle daily branch operations including cash transactions, account processing, and customer service
- Ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory guidelines
- Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and operations
- Support branch staff and assist in training new team members
- Identify and report operational risks or discrepancies
- Prepare routine reports related to branch operations
