Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Campaign Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with specific client performance marketing goals (e.g., lead generation, sales, website traffic, app installs).
  • Campaign Execution & Management :
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) : Plan, set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across the Meta Ads platform, including audience targeting, creative testing, and bid strategies to maximize performance.
  • LinkedIn Ads : Create and manage highly targeted campaigns on LinkedIn, focusing on B2B lead generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership.
  • Google Ads : Develop, launch, and continuously optimize search, display, video, and app campaigns within Google Ads, leveraging various bidding strategies and ad formats to achieve ROAS / CPA targets.
  • Tracking & Analytics :
  • Google Analytics : Utilize Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) : Implement and manage tracking pixels, conversion events, and custom dimensions / metrics via GTM to ensure accurate data collection and reporting for all campaigns.
  • Performance Optimization : Proactively monitor campaign performance, conduct A / B testing (ad copy, creatives, landing pages), and implement data-driven optimizations to improve key metrics such such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and CTR.
  • Reporting & Insights : Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting key insights, trends, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Clearly articulate the impact of campaigns on business objectives.
  • Website & Landing Page Integration : Collaborate with development teams or directly manage optimizations on WordPress CMS to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion tracking, user experience, and campaign goals.
  • Budget Management : Effectively manage and allocate media budgets across platforms to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Market Research & Trends : Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) in a Digital Media Planner, Performance Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • Expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience with :
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Apps)
  • Google Analytics (GA4 experience preferred)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Strong understanding of WordPress CMS for website / landing page management and optimization, particularly in relation to marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing goal-oriented performance marketing campaigns with clear ROI.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and campaign performance to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a strong plus.
