Job Summary

Own the end‑to‑end tendering lifecycle for KhetPe : scan, qualify, craft, and submit winning bids for enterprise and government opportunities. Translate technical capabilities (satellite / AI crop intelligence, irrigation advisory, weather, yield prediction) into compliant, competitive proposals. Orchestrate cross‑functional inputs, de‑risk commercials, and ensure clean handover to delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Bid Intake & Qualification

• Monitor GeM / CPPP / state e‑procurement portals and enterprise RFP / RFQ / RFI channels.
• Run bid / no‑bid using fit, competitiveness, risk, capacity, and margin screens.
• Create bid plan : owners, milestones, dependencies, and submission checklist.

2) Solutioning & Proposal Development

track requirement changes.

3) Pricing & Commercials

maintain a pricing decision log.

4) Compliance, Risk & Legal

drive redlines with Legal.

5) Cross‑Functional Liaison

run daily stand‑ups during crunch periods.

6) Submission & Governance

enforce SOP, templates,and version control.

7) Award, Handover & Lessons Learned

update knowledge base, boilerplates, and battlecards.

Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements

Experience
