Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Tiruchengodel. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers in the selection and purchase of used vehicles, answering inquiries about inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing vehicle displays, maintaining a neat and organized sales area, processing customer transactions, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Additional responsibilities include ensuring accurate documentation and staying updated on current inventory offerings.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Sales skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and assist customers with their needs.
• Knowledge of used vehicle categories, such as commercial vehicles, cars, vans, and bikes, is preferred.
• Basic organizational skills for managing documentation and maintaining display areas.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet sales-related targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Familiarity with the Namakkal area or local markets is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Tamil and basic English communication is desirable.
• Previous experience in sales or the automobile industry is a plus but not mandatory.
