Responsibilities
- Responsible for promotion of the entire range of products to institutional sales segment in the assigned area
- Expending coverage by aggressive sales promotion within institutional sales policies framework
- To understand business development by introducing new customers
- Introduction of new products to institutional customers
- To keep check on credit and control outstanding and payments as per company policy
- Collection and compilation of relevant Business & competitor information from market
- Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority
- Customer retention
- Relationship building & coordination with customers
- Coordination for customer grievance handling
