Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at NRIWAY, located in Malkapur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include market research, client meetings, sales presentations, negotiation, and closing sales. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate sales records and collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
