Document Controller

Our Client a leading Multinational Façade Company based out of Navi Mumbai is seeking to hire a document controller.

The company works five days a week.

Coordinate all project management activities resources and information.

Prepare Estimation, Workorder & Item request as per the BOQ.

Maintain Daily attendance, DPR (Daily Progress Report) & location of site engineers in excel sheet.

Preparing the Work Order & mail to Contractors as per the BOQ

& the material required at site.

Organize Document Register & Update the entry of invoices of contractors, prepare Payment request of vendors & contractors as per the invoice.

Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure more favourable terms.

Coordinate with other team to ensures satisfactory completion of work.

Commission & handover documents submitting to service department & maintain records.
