Overview :
We’re looking for a Professional Freelance Video Editor who can think like a storyteller and cut like a strategist. This isn’t about stitching clips together — it’s about shaping mood, tone, and emotion that aligns with the brand and audience intent. You’ll be working closely with our content and production teams to edit short-form and long-form projects that live across YouTube, Instagram, and digital campaign spaces.
Responsibilities :
- Edit brand films, campaign videos, social content, and narrative-driven edits.
- Build strong pacing and rhythm while maintaining emotional flow.
- Color correct and grade footage to meet professional visual standards.
- Sync and balance audio, mix background scores, and ensure sound continuity.
- Integrate graphics, titles, and lower-thirds using After Effects when needed.
- Adapt edits to different formats (9 : 16, 16 : 9, 1 : 1) for multi-platform distribution.
- Maintain clean file structures, proxies, and backup organization for every project.
- Work directly with the Creative Director or Production Lead to ensure creative alignment.
Requirements :
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve Studio.Familiarity with After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop for minor integrations.Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and transitions.Minimum 2–4 years of experience editing professional or brand-level content.Must be comfortable with tight deadlines and high creative standards.Excellent communication for feedback and revisions.Selection Criteria :
A solid reel or portfolio demonstrating narrative structure, rhythm, and polish is mandatory for consideration.
