Key Responsibilities :
- Cold Calling : Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services / products.
- Lead Conversion : Build rapport, pitch effectively, and convert leads into clients.
- Target Achievement : Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Client Relationship Management : Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Market Research : Identify new business opportunities by understanding market trends and competitors.
- Database Management : Update and maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities in CRM tools.

Key Requirements
