Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in fixture and tool design and manufacturing within the automotive or aerospace industry
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, fabrication, and assembly
• Experience with sourcing and procurement of fixtures and tools from external suppliers
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
