Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Expert to join our brand specializing in high-quality shapewear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer strategies to amplify brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and the ability to build strong partnerships that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns aligned with the brand’s goals, target audience, and sales objectives.

Influencer Identification : Research, identify, and build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand's values, aesthetics, and audience.

Campaign Management : Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach to negotiation, briefing, and content approvals.

Content Collaboration : Work closely with influencers to ensure high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content that showcases our products effectively.

Budget Management : Plan and manage the influencer marketing budget to maximize ROI while maintaining transparency and cost efficiency.

Performance Tracking : Analyze campaign performance, monitor key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions), and prepare detailed reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Trend Awareness : Stay updated with industry trends, emerging influencers to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Partnership Development : Foster long-term partnerships with key influencers, ensuring mutual growth and consistent brand advocacy.

Collaboration : Work closely with the social media, content, and design teams to align influencer activities with overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience (1 to 2+ years) in influencer marketing, preferably in the fashion or other women related businesses such as makeup, personal care, beauty etc will also work.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer landscape.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Creative thinker with an eye for fashion, aesthetics, and storytelling.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
