Job Description

Processing of Transactions received from the customers / partners, internals etc.

Handling of customer or internals chat / emails and provide resolutions for their queries raised

Ensuring requests are handled well within the SLAs agreed and with utmost quality

Engage with customer, understand their needs and translate this need to clients work requirement, and set proper expectations about delivery time

Maintain ownership and accountability of requests

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful customer outcomes

Able to work on customer escalations and provide best possible service

Excellent written communications

Analytical ability Can analyze customers request and work on it effectively

Required Skill Set :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Arts / Commerce

1-5 years of experience in S&F / Order Management Domain

Voice,Semi Voice resource

Shift preference Rotational (Swing, Noon & Night)

Good communication skills, willingness to work in Night shift.
