Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect, located in Puducherry. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing architectural drawings, developing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, preparing construction drawings, and overseeing project submittals. The role involves collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure precision and efficiency in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and drafting Architectural Drawings
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and tools
• Experience in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and related documentation
• Knowledge of drawing review processes, including Submittals
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to handle project deadlines effectively and ensure accuracy in deliverables
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or related field
• Experience with engineering and interior design coordination is a plus
