Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop customer communication templates and document workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer and

Interactive.

Develop, configure, and maintain Quadient Inspire applications ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality document production.

Write and optimize scripts / code for automating document processing and data extraction, using configuration-driven

design methodologies.

Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation of Quadient Inspire solutions to ensure error-free output and high

performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to document composition, formatting, data integration, and output generation.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.

Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver optimal customer communication experiences.

Maintain comprehensive documentation related to design, development, and testing activities.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project Skills & Qualifications :

Extensive hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive.

Certification in Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive is highly preferred.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design solutions from scratch.

Experience in scripting and automating document processing workflows.

Solid understanding of business requirements and ability to convert them into technical designs.

Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.

Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within Qualifications :

Prior experience in document composition, customer communications, or related domains.

Familiarity with data integration and output generation best practices.
