Reports To : Chief Executive Officer

Role Overview :

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and mentoring sales staff. This role demands a blend of leadership, analytical thinking, and customer-centricity to achieve ambitious sales targets and foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead and support a team of managers of sales to meet performance targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in B2C or EdTech sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
