We are currently seeking a Manager (Solution Expert) - Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Blue Yonder ESP Solution Expert to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation / support of Blue Yonder's Enterprise Supply Planning solutions for high-impact clients. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in supply chain planning and proven experience in leading successful solution rollouts.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder ESP implementations / support deliverables including blueprinting, design, build, test, deployment, post go-live support.
• Engage with client leadership to define supply planning strategies and translate them into system capabilities.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Guide a team of consultants and coordinate with development, testing, and data integration teams.
• Act as subject matter expert in resolving complex planning issues and recommending improvements
• Customize and optimize ESP modules to meet client-specific KPIs and operational goals
• Assist in data migration, validation, and cleansing for supply planning systems.
• Provide support during upgrades, deployments, and post-production.
• Drive innovation by integrating new Blue Yonder features and best practices
