Here are some key responsibilities of a Talent Outreach and Engagement Manager. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates. This includes regular communication, networking, and personalized interactions to keep candidates engaged and interested in the platform's opportunities. Candidate Engagement: Create strategies and campaigns to keep candidates engaged and interested in the platform. This could involve sharing relevant industry insights, career advice, and information about job openings. Talent Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidates across various channels, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify individuals with the skills and qualifications relevant to the platform's job postings.
