DevOps Cloud Engineer

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead efforts to develop and improve procedures for automated monitoring and proactive intervention , minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and implement optimal cloud solutions .
• Modify and enhance existing systems to support scalability and performance.
• Educate internal teams on new cloud technologies and best practices.
• Design, develop, and deploy modular, cloud-native systems .
• Secure, scale, and manage Linux virtual environments .
• Deploy and maintain CI / CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Perform regular database maintenance , backups, and recovery procedures.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align infrastructure solutions with business goals.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues .
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems; make strategic infrastructure recommendations.
• Optimize infrastructure cost and improve elasticity .
• Implement DevOps best practices and help foster a strong DevOps culture within the team.
• Ensure systems and services adhere to security best practices.
• Maintain high availability and redundancy across all critical components.
• Monitor production systems, ensuring uptime and performance per SLAs.
• Support emergency troubleshooting and maintenance of production systems.
• Participate in daily standups, refinement sessions, and team discussions.
• (Good to Have) Build resilient and scalable database schemas and implement performance tuning .
• (Good to Have) Synthesize and mask production-quality data for robust application testing.
