About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead with expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and system integrations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, ensure smooth integrations with third-party tools, and guide the team toward best practices and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CMDB management and tool integrations.
- Ensure CMDB accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with ITIL processes.
- Develop integration solutions between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and create technical documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience :
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.Strong expertise in CMDB architecture, configuration, and maintenance.Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, APIs).Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.Solid understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.Experience leading a ServiceNow team or project.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications :
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and / or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery methodology.Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management modules.(ref : hirist.tech)
