VetAssist Pro – decision support, secure messaging, international vet network + accredited CPD for vets

With strong clinical credibility through  WVS & Mission Rabies India , we’re uniquely positioned to elevate both veterinary practice and pet healthcare across India.

We’re now hiring our  founding Launch Lead (India) — the person who will take us from  zero → national traction .

The Role : Launch Lead (India)

You will own the  India Go-To-Market , open the first four cities, build and lead a sales / partner team, grow clinic partnerships, and drive paid subscriber growth.

If you’re the kind of operator who thrives on turning white space into scale, this is your moment.

You will : Lead India’s full  GTM strategy (pricing, positioning, messaging).

Launch new cities :   Goa → Mumbai → Bengaluru → Jaipur .

Build & manage a high-performance sales + partner-success team.

Sign veterinary clinics and hospital groups into our subscription model.

Drive paid subscriber growth via clinic channels & digital partners.

Ensure strong early user adoption & ongoing retention.

Own dashboards, KPIs, budgets, forecasts; report to global CEO.

Subscriber growth : Month-on-month paid subscriber increases

Clinic partnerships : Signed, activated, revenue-generating

Quality metrics : D30 retention ≥ 70%, churn Commercial excellence : Pilot → paid conversion >

What You Need to Bring

6–10+ years in  SaaS, healthtech, med-devices, veterinary, or B2B2C markets

Experience launching new markets / cities in India (non-negotiable)

A track record of growing revenue and building sales teams

Strong clinic / hospital or healthcare ecosystem networks

CRM discipline, KPI-driven mindset

English + at least one of Hindi / Marathi / Konkani / Kannada

A love of high-energy, high-ownership start-up environments

Compensation ₹200,000 / month CTC
