About the Role :

We are looking for a UI / UX Designer who blends design fundamentals + practical execution - someone who thinks in first principles, is AI-native, learns fast, and is excited to solve problems from the ground reality of how people actually browse, click, compare, and convert.

This role sits between product design (UI / UX of websites / apps / flows) and marketing design (campaign visuals, landing pages, conversion storytelling).

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design UI layouts, web screens & responsive structures

2. Convert briefs into flow-based wireframes and clean UI

3. Create UX prototypes in Figma for A / B and hypothesis testing

4. Work with product + marketing to improve conversion journeys

5. Design banners, hero visuals, landing pages for campaigns

6. Assist in building / maintaining our design system

7. Collaborate on micro-copy, layout, CTA thought flow

8. Think like a problem-solver - not a decorator

Tools / Software Exposure

1. Figma (core)

2. FigJam / Miro (flows / whiteboarding)

3. Photoshop / Illustrator

4. AI Tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Genspark) - AI-native mindset preferred

Ideal Profile will have :

1. 0-2 years experience (freshers can apply)
