Landscape Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

Review and verification of landscape designs proposed by the external landscape architects ensuring correctness and fulfillment of project requirements

Interface with design managers, regional cross-functional teams and HO design team along with external Design Consultants

Recommend design options for specific green field projects

Coordinate complete landscape output of Marketing collaterals renders, AV, Model etc.

Manage landscape design and quality of marketing office and show apartment as per product positioning

Provide design brief and detailed requirements on the project to consultants

Follow up and continuous tracking on submissions

Coordinate with design manager to file required documentation as per schedule

Coordinate with external consultants for applying for certifications

Coordinate with projects team during execution of the landscape design.

Monitor work in progress to ensure that design is in accordance with the brief and norms

Conduct site visit as and when required

Prepare templates for standardization for landscape design across regions such as material list, design standards, details etc.

Prepare and update the template/ circular as specified

Compile with company defined guidelines and processes

Adheres to project timelines

Identify processes/ procedures in own work area that need improvement

Recommend process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity

Undertake process improvement activities in own work area

Identify self-development needs

Take concrete steps to pursue self-development through training, education, projects etc.

a) Internal-

1. Design, Strategy, Operations: Architect, Landscape architect, Structure consultant, MEP consultant, Green Building Consultants, lighting consultant, signage consultant, Cost consultant

2. Business development: Joint venture partners, market research firms

3. Liaison: Liaison Architects local authority, MOEF, HRC etc.

4. Sales & Marketing: Marketing Agency, rendering and model making agency.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in B. Architecture/Master s in landscape architecture

Experience:

8-12 years relevant work experience
