Study Abroad Counsellor (UK / Europe / Aus / UAE)

Location : Gurugram (Work from office)

Schedule : Monday - Saturday

Compensation : Fixed + Variable

As a Study Abroad Advisor, you will guide and support students through their study abroad journey. You will play a key role in helping them shortlist the right-fit courses and universities and ensuring a seamless admission and enrollment process.

Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Student Journey : Manage a portfolio of students, including onboarding, detailed counselling, regular follow-ups, and ensuring their overall success.
• Expert Guidance : Build a deep understanding of universities, programs, admissions processes, and eligibility requirements, including exams like GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL.
• Single Point of Contact : Build a strong rapport with students as their dedicated advisor for all admission-related guidance.
• Application Tracking : Support students with their university applications, regularly tracking their progress and resolving queries.
• Enrollment Support : Facilitate smooth enrollment in the chosen course, assisting with deposits and visa applications within deadlines.
• Sales Execution : Achieve targets for applications, admissions and acceptances in line with company targets.
