Job descriptionDeliver high-quality training sessions (virtual or in-person) tailored to industry professionals, focusing on practical and real-world applications. Use engaging methods such as live coding, simulations, group activities, and case studies to enhance learner participation. Break down complex technical topics into understandable modules while maintaining technical depth. Design and update advanced training modules, projects, and assessments aligned with industry trends and certifications. Customize training content based on the background and needs of corporate clients or learner cohorts. Guide learners through real-time projects, capstone assignments, and problem-solving sessions. Evaluate learners' performance, provide feedback, and suggest personalized learning paths. Facilitate professional development outcomes like certifications or product prototyping. Bachelor's or master's degree in technical discipline (preferably AI / ML / IoT-related). Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching or training experience. Practical knowledge of AI, ML, Data Science, and IOT technologies. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Passion for working with children and simplifying complex topics.
