We are hiring a QA / QC and Site Engineer (PMC) for our ongoing Ship Repair Facility Project at Guwahati, Assam.

Key Responsibilities :

Site Engineering (PMC)

Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the project management team.
Monitor construction progress and prepare daily / weekly reports.
Resolve site-related technical issues and support timely project execution.

QA / QC Responsibilities

Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all construction activities.

Inspect materials, workmanship, and site installations as per QAP, ITP, and project specifications.

Conduct quality audits, site tests, and raise NCRs / SORs when required.

Review and approve material test reports, method statements, and inspection checklists.

Ensure proper documentation of all QA / QC records for client and consultant approval.

Coordinate with third-party testing agencies for quality verification.

Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented on-site.

Verify compliance with project quality standards before issuing clearances.

Requirements

B. E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in civil / marine construction projects (jetty / port / harbour works preferred).

Strong understanding of site supervision, quality, and safety.

Good communication and coordination skills.
