Join our Talent Analytics team within the Talent Technology Center of Excellence. Here, you will be instrumental in development, automation, and compilation of data. As a Data Analyst, you will not only handle technical analysis and data modeling but also shape the future of our analytics capabilities by contributing to the complete overhaul of our HR Data store.

What You Will Do

• Leveraging HR systems and database tools, to clean and prepare historical data for a system agnostic data store.
• Assisting with the design and implementation of efficient data models to support various applications and analytics.
• Strategic Project Management : Designing, estimating, and personally executing an analysis plan based on requirements you gather from key stakeholders. In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to rebuilding a data store from the ground up which will facilitate analysis to achieve business outcomes.
• Collaborate to build and optimize ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Work with the team in developing business and enterprise architecture strategy, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
