Position Overview

We are seeking Analysts Finance & Accounting (AP / AR) to join our Shared Services team. These roles are pivotal in managing day-to-day finance operations across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance within a global shared services environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles while contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Compensation range for this role is 6-6.6 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidates experience skills and qualifications

What Youll Do

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes including invoice receipt validation posting and vendor payments.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) activities such as invoicing collections reconciliations and AR aging analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies accounting principles and internal controls.
• Collaborate with vendors clients and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and queries.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities including accruals reporting and reconciliations.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within Finance & Accounting Shared Services.
