Roles & Responsibilities :
- To co-ordinate closely with Business Users and Operations to understand the functional requirements
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements
- To create and review Business requirement document
- Design the features of IT systems (create functional requirements)
- To prepare necessary documentation
- Determine which tasks / steps to automate (identify scope and get the requirements)
- To prepare and review Test Cases / Scenarios and Test Results as per requirement
- Conducting functional testing and providing timely feedback
- Ensure user application issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
- Drive / communicate status on project related work
- Translate technical information for a business audience
- Other duties as assigned.
