Location : Ringus, Near Jaipur Rajasthan.

Industry : Non-Ferrous Metal Recycling (Copper)

Products : Copper Rods / coils, Alloys Ingots, Busbars, Tubes, Catenary Wires, Conductors, Strips / sheets & Foils.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Head to lead the entire electrical and automation function at our new large-scale copper recycling and fabrication facility.

The role demands a technically strong, hands-on leader who can ensure uninterrupted plant operations , drive energy efficiency , and champion electrical safety across high-capacity production lines — including furnaces, continuous casting, extrusion, and rolling systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the plant-wide electrical maintenance of furnaces, casting lines, extrusion presses, rolling mills, annealing line, druid recycling and manage overall plant facility.
• Manage HT / LT substations (33 / 11 / kV) , transformers, switchgear, and power distribution networks.
• Oversee PLC / SCADA / DCS systems , variable frequency drives (VFDs), and process automation.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to achieve maximum uptime and reliability (MTBF / MTTR targets).
• Drive energy optimization and ensure compliance with statutory standards.
• Lead electrical safety , LOTO systems, and statutory inspections.
• Team leader of engineers & technicians – fostering a culture of ownership, skill development, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and control maintenance budgets, spare management, and vendor coordination.
• Lead modernization & automation upgrade projects for improved efficiency and reliability.
