Architectural Intern at Urbanica

Duration : Minimum 1 month
I'm looking for an architectural intern to join me at Urbanica to help design thoughtful housing.
What You’ll Do :
- Research zoning rules and help shape early site concepts
- Sketch out layouts and schematic designs for residential and commercial projects
- Assist with working drawings, permit sets, and basic construction documents
- Build clean 3D models, renders, and presentations
- Keep our drawings and docs organized and updated
